PRODUCTION POSITION - Personnel Services : Job Details

Perform physically demanding manual labor in a fast-paced production environment. Operate manual equipment and assist with rubber mat production processes. Roll heavy rubber mats off the production line and perform trimming as needed. Consistently lift up to 50 lbs independently; assist with heavier loads using team lift protocols. Follow all safety procedures and wear company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE)Maintain a clean and organized work area. Support automation processes as implemented. JOB REQUIREMENTS - High school diploma or GED required. No experience necessary - training will be provided. Must be able to lift 75 lbs Must be in good physical condition with the ability to handle strenuous, repetitive tasks.
