Come be part of our family!!We're seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Plant Manager to lead our production facility and ensure seamless daily operations, from bottling to loading trucks. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of bottled water production operations, including order processing, inventory, and distribution.

  • Supervise and guide production teams to meet daily, weekly, and long-term production goals.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, FDA, and other federal/state manufacturing regulations.

  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime.

  • Conduct and oversee preventative maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and routine adjustments.

  • Coach, train, and evaluate team members, fostering a high-performance and safety-first culture.

  • Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory, and maintenance. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

  • Develop annual operating budgets, identify capital needs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

  • Manage staffing needs, including hiring, performance reviews, and terminations as needed.

  • Maintain a respectful and professional relationship with all staff and clients.

  • Report and address any safety or facility concerns immediately to senior leadership.

  • Learn and lead all aspects of bottling and packaging equipment setup, changeover, and fine-tuning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required) OR minimum 5 years of experience in a similar production or plant management role.

  • Demonstrated mechanical skills with hands-on troubleshooting and equipment repair experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.

  • Knowledge of food-grade or beverage manufacturing is a plus.
