Come be part of our family!!We're seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Plant Manager to lead our production facility and ensure seamless daily operations, from bottling to loading trucks. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of bottled water production operations, including order processing, inventory, and distribution.
Supervise and guide production teams to meet daily, weekly, and long-term production goals.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, FDA, and other federal/state manufacturing regulations.
Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime.
Conduct and oversee preventative maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and routine adjustments.
Coach, train, and evaluate team members, fostering a high-performance and safety-first culture.
Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory, and maintenance. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Develop annual operating budgets, identify capital needs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Manage staffing needs, including hiring, performance reviews, and terminations as needed.
Maintain a respectful and professional relationship with all staff and clients.
Report and address any safety or facility concerns immediately to senior leadership.
Learn and lead all aspects of bottling and packaging equipment setup, changeover, and fine-tuning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (required) OR minimum 5 years of experience in a similar production or plant management role.
Demonstrated mechanical skills with hands-on troubleshooting and equipment repair experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Knowledge of food-grade or beverage manufacturing is a plus.
