Title: Production Packer Pay: $26.03 Hours: Monday-Friday; 3:20 PM - 11:50 PM ET Location: Edison NJ 08817 Overview This position ensures accurate packing of retail products into master cases while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. • Pack retail bags into master cases
• Verify seal quality, labeling, weight, and code accuracy
• Load raw product into hopper to initiate production
• Stack finished product onto pallets
• Maintain clean work environment
• Notify QA or supervisor of any quality concerns
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards
• Assist with additional packaging-related tasks as assigned

Required Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders
• Able to operate powered equipment
• Comfortable working around allergens (tree nuts, peanuts, soy, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Dependable and team-oriented

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

Experience

• Manufacturing/production experience preferred, not required
• System implementation experience is a plus
• Familiarity with safety and production management systems preferred
