Production Operators - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client in Thorp, WI is seeking Production Operators to join their team on 2nd shift.

Job Title: Production Operators

Location: Thorp, WI

Pay Range: $22.50/hr Schedule: 3:25pm - 1:55am M-TH with some OT Fridays

What's the Job?

• Read, understand, and follow production schedules
• Set up and adjust equipment
• Gather materials as needed
• Perform quality checks
• Operate motorized equipment (i.e. forklift, lifts, etc) as needed
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and operator care as required
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

What's Needed?

• One-year experience in manufacturing setting
• Computer experience
• Use a Tape Measure, Caliper, hand and power tools
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Ability to add and subtract fractions and whole numbers, convert fractions to decimals
• HS Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
