You'll be:• Taking direction from the supervisor to meet production demands while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.• Transferring carts of production in and out of chillers and organizing them in the work-in-progress area.• Maintaining a clean and organized work area while following HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:• Are 18 years or older and can stand for up to 10 hours a day in a cold environment (38°F) while wearing required PPE.• Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and are comfortable performing physical tasks, including transferring carts and flipping trays as needed.• Possess a high school diploma or GED-equivalent; bilingual in Spanish and prior food industry knowledge are a plus.What happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
