Job Title: Production Operator - 2-2-3 Schedule Location: Hagerstown, MD Pay Rate:

• $23.92/hour - Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• $26.42/hour - Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then switch)
• 4 weeks on Day Shift followed by 4 weeks on Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform quality checks and follow safety procedures
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work effectively with team members and shift supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous production, manufacturing, or machine operator experience preferred (not required - willing to train)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Willingness to work a rotating day/night schedule
