Production Operator - Peopleshare : Job Details

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring processes, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Location: Hagerstown, MD

Pay Rate:

• $23.92/hour Day Shift (7:00 AM 7:30 PM)
• $26.42/hour Night Shift (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then switch)
• 4 weeks on Day Shift followed by 4 weeks on Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform quality checks and follow safety procedures
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work effectively with team members and shift supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous production, manufacturing, or machine operator experience preferred (not required willing to train)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Willingness to work a rotating day/night schedule
