Production Operator - Insync Staffing : Job Details

Excellent Long-Term Assignment!! Duration: 1-Year Assignment Pay Rate: $22.56/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Overtime: As needed, up to 5:00 AM - 5:00 PMPosition Summary: We're looking for a reliable Production Operator to join our slitting cell team. In this role, you'll help ensure that high-quality products are available for our customers when they need them. Your work will have a direct impact on people's lives! Key Responsibilities:

• Transport materials between warehouse and manufacturing areas.
• Load materials onto machines and handle packaging of finished products.
• Cut cores and complete other general production tasks.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and material movement.
• Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
