Production Operator - Lancesoft : Job Details

Title: Production Operator / Turbine Mechanic Location: Skaneateles NY Duration: 0-12+ Months (Temp to Hire) Shift: 1st Shift Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00/Hour on w2.Duties: Assemble component parts or sub-assemblies, solder, following strict instructions set out by other team members. Assemble small component parts or sub-assemblies using basic tools such as screwdrivers, clamps, exacto-knives, Allen wrenches, tweezers, wire cutters or cotton swabs. You may be expected to work using a microscope or magnifying equipment to perform intricate sub-assemblies. The ability solder and/or learn to solder is a requirement. Must have good manual dexterity and eyesight. Must be able to read, write and use basic math; maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing repetitive tasks; work with basic chemicals. Work well in a fast-paced team environment. Can follow instructions and keep quality and safety standards high. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrate ability to use hand and power tools. Good manual dexterity and eyesight. Must be able to read, write and use basic math. Maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing repetitive tasks. Work with basic chemicals.
