Join a four-person team (including a lead) to manufacture foam products using urethane and medical laminates. Operate various stations on the coater: front, middle, and back. Key tasks include: Applying adhesives to paper or film Laminating, back stripping, winding Transferring adhesives and unloading processed material Inspecting material to ensure quality Must follow standards and ensure quality is maintained throughout each process step.
