Production Operator - Sirius Technical Services : Job Details

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Production Operator in Carlsbad, NM for a long-term contract opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing production processes, ensuring equipment operates at peak reliability, and maintaining accurate operational data. This position requires hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and operation of oil and gas production equipment, as well as collaboration with field and control center teams to achieve operational excellence. Rate: $40-53 hr. Schedule: 8 days on, 6 days off Key Responsibilities:Support all Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) policies by performing duties in compliance with regulatory and company standards. Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain oil and gas production equipment, wells, and related systems.
