Production Operator - Celanese Corporation : Job Details

Performs all functions safely within the production areas. Operates production equipment including troubleshooting and operator-assisted maintenance activities. Learns and rotates to all jobs including floor operation, control room and quality control operations. Supports maintenance through proper lock-out tag-out of equipment and issuing safety work permits when required. Strictly follows all production specification sheets and Standard Operating Procedures. Maintains accurate records of all observations and results. Accurately and thoroughly reports data through written and oral reports to leadership. Enters work notifications into SAP when malfunctioning equipment is identified and assists with initial trouble-shooting. Accurately and timely reporting of all safety and environmental events. Maintains and improves housekeeping standards in the work areas.
