Production Operator - Land O'Lakes : Job Details

Production Operator. Pay: Starting $25.75 per hour - This rate already included $1.00 shift differential. Pay is $24.75 plus 1.00 shift diff (if applicable). Increase after completed training. Shift & Working Hours: 3rd Shift; 10:00 pm to 6:30 am Weekends/ Overtime/ Holidays as needed. In this role, you will be a key member of our Land OLakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product.
