• Operational Duties: Engage in general labor tasks that involve operating large wire production lines, assisting with production, and performing quality checks on all assigned work.
• Collaboration: Work with advanced computer-controlled equipment that requires both mechanical aptitude and spatial awareness.
• Physical Requirements: Regularly lift heavy components and utilize continuous hand movements, including grasping, pushing, and pulling.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow written work instructions and production specifications diligently, adhering to quality standards at all times.
• Safety Practices: Commit to understanding and enforcing risk reduction procedures, including wearing specified protective clothing and safety equipment where required.
