Role Description: Prepare raw materials and packaging by identifying and transporting the correct quantities to the production area, reporting any deviations, and documenting processes. Operate processing equipment following detailed instructions and procedures. Monitor equipment to ensure smooth operations and maintain desired production rates. Perform initial product testing to ensure specifications are met. Check labels and packaging materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Package final products in line with high-quality expectations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality standards. Complete additional duties as requested by the Production Manager or Supervisor. Required Skills: Packout and general operation support experience.
