Job Overview

Sets up and operates machines and tools to perform various manufacturing operations and maintains them to adhere to quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Setting up and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations; monitoring and adjusting machine settings as per the work requirement.
• Reviewing the departmental operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, removing obstacles, and streamlining operational efficiency.
• Performing quality checks as per the plan, documenting the results per the standard quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ordering raw materials, changing stock when needed, verifying receipts, and inspecting materials and products to ensure conformance to specifications.

What your background should look like

• High School Diploma or GE
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge in Reading Blueprint and Wire schematics.
• Work experience using measuring tools, hand tools and power tools.

Compensation

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $47,819 $49,316 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
