Production Office Assistant - The Maschhoffs, LLC : Job Details

This position will perform a combination of both administrative and production functions as needed to support farm operations. The Production Office Assistant will assist management with office operations and procedures as well as performance of day-to-day animal care activities in barn. Duties & Functions:Assist with various clerical duties in the office including but not limited to: Preparing Site reports Farm record management and storage Semen management Completion of maintenance work orders Ordering and stocking of office and farm supplies Assist manager with feed orders Assist with onboarding of new employees Timely and accurate entry of various farm reporting and data corrections for piglet projections, flow, employee training, etc. Answering telephone and email correspondence Perform day-to-day production activities based on sound science and best practices to ensure high-quality production of pigs including feed, water, air, and care.
