Job Summary: We seek an individual who can collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively. The role of material preparation is to ensure that raw materials and components are correctly prepared and delivered to the production line, contributing to overall production efficiency and quality. As a Material Preparation:

• Operate cutting, shaping, and machining tools to prepare materials (e.g., cutting, drilling, trimming) in accordance with precise measurements and specifications.
• Select and apply appropriate blade speeds and feed rates for different material types to ensure quality output and production efficiency.
• Perform sanding, deburring, and other material finishing tasks to meet quality and safety standards.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and supplies to verify compliance with established quality and quantity requirements; promptly report any defects or discrepancies.
• Safely handle, transport, and distribute materials to designated production areas while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of tools and equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support smooth workflow and quickly resolve any issues.
• Demonstrate a consistent commitment to personal and team safety practices.
• Manually lift up to 49 lbs. and operate appropriate lifting equipment for heavier loads.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently as needed.

This is a full time opportunity The ideal candiate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills to accurately complete documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrates practical and logical reasoning to complete work accurately and effectively.
• Focused and attentive, able to maintain concentration over extended periods.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
• Capable of lifting up to 49 lbs.; familiar with safe use of lifting equipment for heavier loads.
• Available to work 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and pass a background check
