Our client is a specialty manufacturer of electronic devices. Located on the South Shore of Boston our client is looking to hire a Production Manufacturing Manager. This is a precision manufacturing operation that requires highly skilled professionals to maintain rigid manufacturing standards. The Manager must oversee documentation and controls in compliance with AS9100D. Lean methodology such as Six Sigma is required. The manager must be PMP credentialed. This is a low volume high profit manufacturing operation. • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering
• 10+ years manufacturing experience with 5+ years in a management capacity
• Lean Six Sigma certified
• Experience with ASD9100D and ISO9001
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to hit strict manufacturing deadlines
• Ability to hold people accountable
• Base Salary $125,000
