Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4 Supervisors and 50+ staff.
• Provide reports on production, quality, and order fulfillment process and performance.
• Responsible for raw materials and finished goods inventory, materials order replenishment, and maintaining product pricing.
• Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production management experience
• College Degree, or equivalent work experience in related job function
• Six Sigma preferred
