What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop production supervisors and front-line staff to exceed safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics to optimize production schedules and product quality.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen and 5S, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive employee engagement and accountability through strong leadership, coaching, and professional development.
• Ensure training programs are executed effectively across safety, quality, and process standards.
• Be a key player in advancing plant reliability and total productive maintenance strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• A technical degree (engineering or related field preferred).
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt is a plus), and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, manage change, and deliver measurable results.
