What will you be doing?

• Managing the production floor at a t-shirt print shop
• Running and operating M&R automatic equipment, including up to 16 color presses
• Mixing inks using a weight scale and matching them to the correct Pantone colors
• Setting up and tearing down presses
• Ensuring proper press operation techniques for high-quality, soft, and smooth garment prints
• Working on-site, Monday through Friday

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Experience as a floor manager at a t-shirt print shop
• Expertise in operating M&R automatic equipment
• Strong knowledge of ink mixing and Pantone matching
• Willingness to relocate and work in-house
