Production Manager - Chemical Manufacturing - Ecolab : Job Details

Ensure safe work practices at all times. Create a healthy employee relations climate. Support a team-based environment with engagement and communication at the forefront. Create/improve Autonomous Maintenance standards. Create staffing strategies to optimize the Operation. Improve new Team Member onboarding materials and processes. Set Clear Team Goals & continuously coach Team Members. Monitor key metrics and use loss analysis to drive improvement projects. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree 5 years manufacturing experience 2 years manufacturing direct-line leadership (supervisory) experience 1 years experience in at least 2 operations functional areas, e.g., Production, Distribution, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Compliance or HR - Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.
