As a Warehouse Lead, you will support the Distribution Center Supervisor by coordinating the daily workflow, training associates, and ensuring merchandise is processed and shipped in a safe, timely, and accurate manner. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, direct tasks, and help maintain a productive and organized environment by performing production duties as needed.Weekly pay and great benefits available!Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of related work experience is required.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Google and MS Office Suites.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift, walk throughout the warehouse, and lift objects up to 50lbs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assign and direct the workflow of the team to ensure productivity standards are met or exceeded.
• Train and develop warehouse associates.
• Ensure all safety precautions and company policies are observed.
• Communicate with the Supervisor regarding staffing, service levels, supplies, and other issues.
• Randomly inspect the condition of items, verify counts, and ensure order specifications are correct.
• Assist in resolving minor problems and elevate complaints to management.
• Provide end-of-day reporting to the Supervisor and ensure the production area is kept clean and orderly.
