Production Line Associate - Staffmark : Job Details

Staffmark is hiring Production Line Associates to join a globally respected seafood processing company in Milford, DE. This entry-level role is part of the clean and prep department, where clams are mechanically shucked, inspected, processed, and packed. Pay Rate: $15.00/hour Shift: Must be able to work a variable schedule based on production requirements Shifts can extend up to 13 hours (6:00 AM-5:00 PM or 5:00 AM until finished) Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required depending on demand Responsibilities: Inspect clams on the production line for defects and foreign materials Weigh, load, and prepare products for storage or shipment Perform housekeeping tasks such as floor washdowns, product shoveling, and salt tank refills Complete quality checks and counts, with the ability to read, write, and do basic math Requirements: Ability to follow all workplace safety rules and wear required PPE Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GM - Ps) Dependable, team-oriented, and...Line Associate, Production, Associate, Manufacturing, Staffing
