Production Lead - Dairy Farmers of America : Job Details

Assist the Supervisor in directing the activities and resources of daily production including work assignments and break and vacation relief. Assist in hiring, training, and communicating the expectations of Dairy Farmers of America in all areas of safety, quality, productivity, and profitability to the employees performing the duties in which the Production Lead is responsible. Compensation Details:The starting rate is $26.00, but increases over time. This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, AD&D, long term disability, short term disability, 401k and flex spending/HSA benefits
