Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Train in diverse roles such as stacking and feeding corrugated products.
- Assist machine operators to maintain production flow and cover for absences.
- Perform essential production tasks including:
- Accurate timekeeping and feedback reporting.
- Inform supervisors about any irregularities, maintenance needs, or quality concerns.
- Complete necessary data collection and quality process charting.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in reading a tape measure.
- Capable of accurately interpreting shop orders.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs repetitively and up to 50 lbs periodically.
- Willingness to stand for 8-12 hours per shift.
- Mandatory overtime is required.

Experience
