Production Laborer - GBP-Cincinnati : Job Details

Position Overview

Become a valued member of our dedicated team as a General Laborer. In this role, you will support various production operations within our UNION facility. Enjoy the opportunity to advance your career by bidding on open positions after just 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Train in diverse roles such as stacking and feeding corrugated products.
• Assist machine operators to maintain production flow and cover for absences.
• Perform essential production tasks including:
• Accurate timekeeping and feedback reporting.
• Inform supervisors about any irregularities, maintenance needs, or quality concerns.
• Complete necessary data collection and quality process charting.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in reading a tape measure.
• Capable of accurately interpreting shop orders.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs repetitively and up to 50 lbs periodically.
• Willingness to stand for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Mandatory overtime is required.

Experience
