Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for a Production Laborer I to be based out of Santa Paula, CA. Reporting to Production Supervisor, this person will be responsible for performing production work that includes assembling and disassembling parts, inspecting product to ensure quality as well as operating, tending, and cleaning the production area. The ideal candidate will have a one (1) year experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.
