Our client, a leader in specialty and high-performance coatings, is seeking a number of team members to join their team Manufacturing Team. You will be part of a dynamic environment supporting essential operations and offers growth and development. The ideal candidate will be willing and able to learn, have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not necessary and willing to train!

Job Title: Production / Manufacturing Workers

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $25.20/hr

Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (6am6pm / 6pm6am), every other weekend off

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and climbing.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Rotate between 12-hour day and night shifts every two weeks.

What's Needed?

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred but not necessary.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled setting
• Flexibility to work in various departments as needed.
