Production Group Leader - Bob Evans Farms : Job Details

This position is responsible for performing a variety of functions in the manufacturing of processed meat and sausage products. Accountabilities Create and file purchase orders, bills of lading, paid invoices, production documents, and employee and visitor badges Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public General knowledge of computer skills, Word and Excel; Lotus Notes: Ability to calculate yields, productivity and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions Understands ordering of supplies based on future needs Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Prioritizes food quality and maintains food safety, through the vigilant application and monitoring of company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
