Location: Plant 84 is in Owatonna, MN. Position Overview: To support efficient palletizing and material flow by maintaining equipment, ensuring quality standards, and assisting with warehouse operations to keep production running smoothly. Duties And Responsibilities: Maintain a steady supply of materials to machines and ensure all materials meet quality standards. Ensure pallets are properly aligned and clear any jams. Sort pallet inventory and separate defective pallets. Perform electronic inspection at the start of each shift; report any issues to the shift supervisor, tag out the lift, and place in the forklift room. Refill strappers with banding material and monitor pallet flow through lower conveying; check and document band tension once per shift. Inspect and transport finished pallets to the warehouse; report any defects. Replace missing cans or bands on pallets before moving them to the warehouse.
