We are actively seeking a Management Support associate to join our Production Control Department on 1st shift (core schedule, Monday-Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm) Role: Create and maintain a stamping schedule. 2. Responsibilities: Ensure that all information that is published is accurate and correct. 3. Job Description: • Review previous shift production in PLEX to ensure that all scheduled quotas were met and report all information to the Assistant Manager of PRP • Monitor Stamping Production needs to ensure that they have everything needed to accomplish the required goals for the day • Review coil inventory to ensure that all coils needed are received and if not report all shortages to production in order to make necessary changes. • Monitor blanks to ensure that each press has the necessary blanks to perform each die change. • Other duties as assigned. Job Skills & RequirementsQualifications:
  • Intermediate computer skills and use of Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks

  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience, preferred
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as required to meet customer demands
    • overtime may be daily and/or weekend
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mustsuccessfully pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
