Tessera is seeking a detailed and organized Production Control Clerk I with a positive attitude. Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Collect and track all data for accurate and efficient technicians' input on DMLSS work orders.
  • Verify all data entries through checks and balances against time/attendance (T/A) sheets and ensure consistency of information between payroll records and work control software.
  • Review and maintain the uploading of DHA Water Data Base information each month.
  • Responsible for monthly invoice reconciliation and receiving reports for work performed by subcontractors.
  • Perform all functions necessary to maintain accurate records of facility and equipment maintenance requirements and ensure correct and complete reporting within Work Control software to include but not limited to MAXIMO and DMLSS.
  • Process DMLSS Work Order requests from the FM teams, enter information in Maximo and weekly O&M spreadsheets
  • Enter new work orders, post labor, post material, close work orders - reflect status in the DMLSS system.
  • Verify and monitor production reports for accuracy.
  • Provide LEADs with accurate data as required, assist with PR creation and approval on supplies.
  • Verify all Service Order project reports for completion prior to sending them to bill.
  • Submit PR's for quotes, products and materials on Service Order packages.
  • Keep meeting minutes during weekly and monthly O&M meetings with both NHCOH and BHCE.
  • Track all PM and CM tickets for overage status and report to CMM prior to the 22nd of every month.
  • May be required to work at BHCE location 1-2 times a month.
  • Assist with ensuring all TJC related work requests are placed in the TJC cart for survey readiness.
  • Responsible for uploading DMLSS hammer drop and delivering to IT to place into the Maximo database.
  • Document each Maximo number at the top of each WR ticket in the right-hand corner.

Qualifications: Three (3) years of data processing experience preferred. Must have great attention to detail and accuracy. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
