Production Clerk - Michael Foods Group : Job Details

The Production Clerk is responsible for data entry and data verification. S/he generates and distributes reports. Production Clerk will also assist with supply inventory and ordering. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Compiles and verifies data Generates and distributes reports Makes recommendations on when and what new supplies should be ordered. Generates and processes paperwork for each shipment of product; such as weight, customer orders, tanker number, shipper number and plate count. Manages production transactions for inventory control of raw materials and finished goods (i.e. receiving of tankers, inventory of tankers, physical adjustments). Follows proper SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
