Production Check-In Assistant - Live Nation Entertainment : Job Details

We are looking for Check-In Assistants for the 2025 Fenway Park Concerts Series. In this role you will assist in running the check in process for all personnel during the Fenway Park Concert Builds. You will also assist the Production Team with administrative tasks as needed. Please note that this position is based on the dates of the Fenway Concert Series and will therefore not begin until May 26th, 2025. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supervising the Check-In Desk at all times. Ensuring that every working person is able to sign in using the iPad system. Assisting in registering new personnel Assist Production Team as needed with administrative tasks.
