What You'll Do:

• Assemble cable/wire harnesses, box builds, and kitted products from start to finish
• Perform various hands-on tasks such as soldering, crimping, heat shrinking, potting, backshelling, continuity testing, and pin extraction
• Read and follow work orders, production documentation, blueprints, or verbal instructions
• Maintain quality standards and assist in continuous improvement processes within the QMS
• Handle special projects and complete wire list creation as needed
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety practices

What We're Looking For: Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills required
• Proficient with hand tools (soldering iron, side cutters, pliers)
• Good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to distinguish colors for wire coding
• Familiarity with IPC 610/620 or J-STD-001 certification is a plus
• Ability to interpret blueprints and compute accurate measurements

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Prolonged sitting at workstations with good manual dexterity required
• Visual acuity for close work and assembly inspection
