Our client, a leader in research and bio/pharmaceutical product development industries, is seeking a Production Assembler to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting innovative research and development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, a willingness to learn new skills, and a strong focus on quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Assembler
Location: Madison, WI
Pay Range: $18/hr
Shift: 8am - 4:30pm
What's the Job?
Production and assembly of flexible and rigid plastic containment systems
Using hand-tools such as scissors and roto-cutter blades to carefully cut patterns for assembly
Using heat press machines to aid in the assembly of products
Building framing and structures using various hand-tools
Ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the production process
What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or assembly role
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong focus and concentration to produce world-class clean-room products
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
