Position Summary

The Product Success Manager primary focus will be developing Opus IVS's remote services offerings. In this role, you will work closely with Opus IVS's Engineers & customers to create business requirements and scope to bring solution-driven products to market. This role is responsible for delivering the knowledge, tools, and programs that enable effective marketing and selling of Opus IVS product(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for successful OPUS IVS product launches, including existing product lines and future development efforts.
  • Accountable for robust and effective communication between Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams for product development, customer requirements and internal resource allocation.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience to identify and build products that solve customer problems and pain points.
  • Create strategy that grows market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Develop product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Partner with Business Development and Engineering teams to take the remote services product strategy and translate it into detailed technical business requirements.
  • Partner with Business Development and leadership on National Account/OEM projects, providing subject matter expertise to refine customer requirements, current and future.
  • Manage product license agreements, EULAs, and customer workflow with Operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' professional working experience in Product Management
  • Experience working with customers to develop solutions to improve efficiency
  • Strong knowledge and experience in automotive product
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Technical business-savvy
  • Understanding of engineering concepts & designs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Willing to travel (up to 15%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in ADAS calibration products and services
  • Knowledge and experience with remote technologies
  • Experienced working in the automotive industry
