A leading global investment firm is seeking a sharp, motivated, and analytically-minded professional to join its strategic initiatives team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work across a wide array of investment vehicles and markets, contributing to key decisions that shape product innovation, competitive positioning, and market expansion.

• Conduct deep data analysis, market research, and industry benchmarking to support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, market/channel entry, and go-to-market planning
• Develop clear, compelling presentation materials to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Identify emerging opportunities by leveraging internal data, third-party platforms, and industry insights
• Work hands-on with large volumes of data across mutual funds, SMAs, alternative vehicles, and intermittent liquidity products
• Utilize industry tools and databases including FactSet, Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Preqin, and ISS
• Monitor trends across asset management and investment distribution channels, distilling actionable intelligence

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2–4+ years of experience in investment management, asset/wealth management, or strategy consulting
• Working knowledge of investment vehicles including mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and alternatives
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
• Progress toward CFA and/or CAIA credentials is a plus
