At SiaX we're nimble, deeply collaborative, and known for delivering high-impact work with lean teams. As strategic partners to our clients, we focus on building brands and delivering growth for clients that are aiming to break through creative barriers and accelerate digital transformation. It's an exciting time to join us. SiaX has long been the agency behind some of the world's biggest brands-now we're expanding, becoming one of the most recognizable names for companies that demand bold, business-driving creative. We're shaping SiaX into the go-to agency of the future. This is your chance to be part of that growth, working alongside top-tier creatives and agency leaders to continuously evolve what a modern, full-service agency can be. Opportunities like this don't come around often-if you want in on the next level, this is it. Job DescriptionYour Impact As a Product Strategist for the SiaX-Creative team, you'll own the product vision across a range of client engagements - shaping high-performing web experiences from discovery through launch and iteration. You won't be confined to a single product or platform. Instead, you'll guide clients through strategic audits, define the optimal user journey, and partner with cross-functional teams to bring conversion-focused, content-aligned digital experiences to life. You'll ensure client sites not only look great - they work hard, deliver results, and evolve with data. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agency environment, understands the full product lifecycle (without being a developer or designer), and knows how to translate complexity into clear, actionable plans. What You'll Do
  • Lead product strategy across multiple client websites and digital experiences - from UX audits to post-launch optimization
  • Define product roadmaps rooted in client goals, user insights, and business KPIs
  • Audit site content, UX, and architecture to identify friction points, map user flows, and shape the content strategy that supports conversion
  • Collaborate with design teams to guide wireframes and page structure that align with site goals and user journey experiences
  • Partner with developers to ensure execution follows the product strategy - translating technical requirements for clients and business needs for dev teams
  • Define and prioritize A/B testing plans to inform future improvements and validate changes with data
  • Support paid media success by identifying how website adjustments can improve campaign performance and conversion
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies, including thoughtful application of AI or automation to improve functionality and UX
  • Act as a translator and problem-solver across clients, creative, engineering, and marketing - ensuring everyone stays aligned and informed
What Success Looks Like Products That Perform
  • Product launches are on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals
  • UX is seamless, architecture is intuitive, and design and content work in sync
  • SEO, analytics, privacy, and integrations are considered from the start and implemented effectively
  • Post-launch iterations drive measurable improvements in performance
Team Alignment & Momentum
  • Project teams are clear on the why behind the work - roadmaps and goals are transparent and evolving
  • Designers and developers are building to spec, with your guidance keeping execution on track
  • Technical decisions and tradeoffs are informed by both business goals and real-time insights
  • You're embedding smart, user-focused uses of data and AI to enhance client outcomes
Client & Business Impact
  • Clients see you as a trusted strategic partner and problem-solver
  • You've helped retain and expand client relationships by delivering high-performing digital products
  • You've influenced our product approach - helping SiaX evolve how we define and deliver digital solutions
  • Your contributions have supported new business wins or repeat project work
Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience as a product strategist, growth strategist, or product manager within a digital agency, marketing consultancy, or e-commerce/tech environment
  • Experience leading product strategy across multiple clients and site builds
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, content strategy, and web architecture
  • Familiarity with front- and back-end development concepts to effectively guide execution (without being hands-on code)
  • Strong in analytics, technical SEO, privacy frameworks, and performance optimization
  • Skilled at translating between client needs and dev realities - with strong communication chops on both sides
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, prioritize tradeoffs, and maintain momentum
  • Experience using A/B testing and data to inform recommendations and drive results
  • Comfort with ambiguity - you know how to chart a path forward, even when client goals are evolving
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and unblocking work
  • Bachelor's degree required
