This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and products in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, support, and solutions to our customers, while also contributing to the development and enhancement of our innovative product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of current radio frequency protocols. Additionally hands on experience in field engineering, performing measurements and solving customer issues. Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical product support to internal and external customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 2. Conduct field visits to examine equipment, performing measurements to assess product performance and solve equipment issues. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical product knowledge during client meetings and product demonstrations. 4. Have the capacity to handle inventory, and track shipments to and from customers 5. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field of radio frequency and cellular technology, applying this knowledge to the improvement of our products. Qualifications: 1. Associate degree in engineering or a related field and 2 years' experience in a similar role within the electronics/engineering industry. In lieu of degree, 4 years' experience in related field or military training. 2. Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach. 3. Proven experience with radio frequency, cellular technology, field measurements, and customer support. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. 5. Ability to conduct field measurements and analyze data to improve product performance. 6. Proficient in using various tools and software used in the engineering industry. 7. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 8. Willingness to keep up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements. 9.
