Job Summary:
The Product Specialist will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Key responsibilities include:
Managing tickets and routing them to the appropriate teams, with detailed follow-up using Remedy (SLA, OLA, KPI metrics).Reviewing server logs for errors and addressing issues promptly.Following up on vendor tickets and coordinating with external vendors as needed.Providing ideas to eliminate repetitive work and improve processes.Identifying opportunities for infrastructure consolidation and retirement.Performing server administration, scripting, patching, OS upgrades, and complex troubleshooting.Utilizing cybersecurity tools and fundamentals to maintain system security.Implementing system enhancements to improve performance and security.Qualifications:
- Experience level: Mid-senior (8+ years)
- Education: Bachelor's degree
