Product Regulatory Sr. Counsel, Cyber/E&O - Cna Financial Corporation : Job Details

Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:Develops, revises, and maintains policy forms and endorsements for all CNA Specialty product lines, with special emphasis on Financial Lines Cyber, Errors & Omissions and Media products, and with the ability to support other business segments and product areas as needed. Responsible for overseeing the product through its lifecycle to meet the demands of the market, regulatory environment, and underwriting staff. Cultivates deep expertise and thought leadership on Financial Lines products. Provides counsel to underwriters and product leaders on strategic issues associated with drafting policy forms and endorsements so as to meet their business objectives and satisfy all applicable regulatory requirements. Proactively identifies potential enhancements. Advise colleagues on coverage interpretations to assist Underwriting and Legal with issues raised by external partners or customers.
