Job Title: Product Quality Manager

Location: Portage, IN

The Product Quality Manager will oversee and enhance the quality assurance program to ensure continuous production of products meeting established standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering information on pre-treatment and coating material conformance and participating in vendor reviews.
• Reviewing and coordinating disposition of nonconforming materials.
• Managing repeatability and reproducibility studies for testing equipment.
• Hosting all quality audits and initiating corrective actions with vendors.
• Developing responses to customer and internal corrective requests and ensuring their implementation.
• Using Green Belt skills to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to establish quality standards.
• Formulating and maintaining quality control objectives aligned with SOPs to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
• Supervising inspection and testing activities.
• Planning quality activities for product trials and organizing related training.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to quality.

Qualifications:

• BS degree with 3-5 years in Quality Control/Process Engineering.
• ISO experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
