Product Pricing Specialist - Granite Telecommunications, LLC : Job Details

Product Pricing Analysts are the curators of Granite's product information. The team is responsible for several key activities such as pricing monthly recurring charges, creating Universal Service Order Codes (USOC), and disseminating information regarding products. By setting prices based on LEC documentation, writing Granite's tariffs, and fielding technical and billing questions from the rest of the company, the Product Pricing team ensures the company's growth and profitability. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain all aspects of the products in the Product Information Management Audit existing Ensure that customers are being billed Ensure that all charges (e.g. - monthly recurring, non-recurring, usage, etc.) are accurate and up-to-date.
