Job Description :

DASH Medical is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will lead DASH's portfolio of PPE products, including industry recognized Alasta®, Black Maxx® and VitalGard® disposable examination gloves. Ability to collaborate across internal and external Customers and drive initiatives forward are critical profile requirements.

As Product Manager you will own the end-to-end portfolio roadmap from strategy through execution. You will be responsible for creating sustainable demand for DASH products. This position will work closely with other functions in the business: Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. The Product Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing.

Located in Franklin, WI, DASH is a brand leader in providing PPE products - primarily examination gloves to diverse markets including Dental, Alternate Site Healthcare and Corrections/EMS. For over 30 years, DASH has been recognized for high-quality products and service.

Responsibilities

1. Portfolio Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

a. Lead efforts to advance the product portfolio:

--i. Gap analysis, new product recommendations

--ii. Lifecycle decisions (e.g., revitalization and discontinuation)

--iii. Address end user pain points

b. Refine and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on:

--i. New Product Staging & Lifecycle Management

--ii. Innovation platforms connected to user needs and pain points

c. Make data-driven decisions using market analysis, customer research, and business objectives

d. Own KPI reporting, forecasting competitive pricing, competitive product positioning and differentiation intelligence

2. Product Innovation & Commercialization

a. Translate customer insights and unmet needs into commercially viable product solutions

b. Develop commercialization playbooks including pricing, launch timelines, channel strategy and competitive positioning:

c. Supplier coordination and qualification

d. Packaging - not the actual design work, but oversight and ownership of strategy, messaging and design look

e. Technical support documentation (e.g., specs, proof points, white papers)

f. External launch content: datasheets, videos, web presence, pricing, samples, and promotional plans

3. Product Marketing & Merchandising

a. Serve as portfolio champion with internal and external customers

b. Ensure product positioning, content and support assets are clear, differentiated, fresh and relevant

c. Responsible for positioning the product via digital, print, web - dashmedical.com and other relevant ecommerce sites and channels

4. Training & Enablement

a. Create and deliver training programs for Customers and distribution partners

b. Internal teams (sales, support, marketing)

c. Ensure all stakeholders understand product value, use cases, and differentiation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on portfolio or roadmap ownership. • Proven experience bringing new products to market from concept to launch.

• Strong understanding of regulated products (e.g., FDA, 510(k) clearance) preferred.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree required or comparable work experience.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in vertical markets or B2B industries.

• Familiarity with technical content development, agency approvals, and supplier qualification processes.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
