Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary market research through surveys, interviews, and field visits
- Analyze data using advanced Excel and present findings through executive-level PowerPoint presentations
- Translate customer insights into product strategies and specifications
- Maintain awareness of marine industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Science, Math, or Psychology preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in market research or product analysis
- High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, graphs; macros a plus) and PowerPoint
- Experience with SPSS, Tableau, or PowerBI is a plus
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and data storytelling skills
- Passion for water sports and familiarity with gas-powered marine products
