Product Owner Specialist - Ampcus : Job Details

The Product Owner Specialist will help set the vision and roadmap by working closely with teams within a scaled Agile framework to deliver value. They will prioritize market and customer needs and are accountable for product decisions that influence the flow of work across capabilities.

• 8-10 years of securities-related experience and 2+ years of management experience.
• Knowledge of security structures, including data and processes for formation, issuance, settlement of securities, and monthly processing.
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of current technologies and ability to develop and deliver projects using innovative technologies.
• Deep understanding of agile development, continuous deployment, and scaled agile practices (SAFe).
• Experience with APM tools like Atlassian Jira.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to operate independently.
• High analytical ability to measure team velocity, capacity, and contribution value.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and work effectively with others in a team environment.
