Overview
Our client is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the evolution of the People & Culture organization by enhancing employee experiences across systems, processes, and strategies. This role will oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle HCM, with a focus on Learning & Development (L&D)Total Rewards (TR), and Core HR/Position Management at a global scale.
You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure scalable, efficient, and effective HR technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Oracle HCM system enhancements.
- Align HR technology solutions with clients' broader People & Culture goals.
- Partner with global leaders to prioritize initiatives and ensure seamless regional execution.
System Implementation & Optimization
- Manage implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, L&D, Total Rewards).
- Lead Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) setup and improvements.
- Oversee system integrations with other HR technologies and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Drive upgrades, automations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Data & Analytics
- Monitor KPIs and system performance to track effectiveness.
- Provide insights and reports to leadership, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary contact for global Talent, L&D, and Total Rewards system matters.
- Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams to resolve system/process issues.
- Influence process alignment and standardization across regions.
Core Requirements
- Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM expertise, including Core HR and Position Management.
- Experience creating user stories, workflows, and prioritization in Jira
- Familiarity with Oracle Autocomplete and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow case management
Experience
- 10+ years in Oracle HCM, with 5+ years as a Product Owner or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven success in global HCM implementations and HR technology optimization.
- Strong background in HR, Talent, Total Rewards, and L&D workflows.
