Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product delivers maximum value to users and aligns with the company's vision and strategic goals. You will own the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure clear communication of product requirements.Key Responsibilities:Product Vision & StrategyCollaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap.Align product goals with business objectives and customer needs.Participate in the development of product strategies and business cases.Backlog ManagementOwn, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it reflects customer needs and company goals.Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.Continuously refine and adjust the backlog based on feedback, performance, and evolving priorities.Agile DevelopmentServe as the primary point of contact for the development team regarding product requirements.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.Make decisions on trade-offs and feature prioritization during development.Stakeholder CommunicationGather feedback and requirements from stakeholders, customers, and end users.Communicate product progress, changes, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Quality & PerformanceCollaborate with QA teams to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.Evaluate product performance through analytics, user feedback, and testing.Identify and address product issues or defects quickly and effectively.Go-To-Market & DeliverySupport go-to-market planning with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.Ensure successful delivery of product releases and post-launch evaluation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.Solid understanding of product development life cycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager is a plus.Preferred Skills:Experience in [industry-specific domain: e.g., fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare].Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics tools.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible work schedule and remote work options.Collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
